Please review our Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully before purchasing any products, noting the specific turnaround times listed for each item. This policy applies to all orders placed with us.
Seasonal items like willow cuttings can be pre-ordered from September to mid-January, with shipping beginning in early January. From late January through the end of March, willow cuttings will be dispatched weekly on Tuesdays.
An email will be sent once your item is shipped.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. This applies to all except pre-orders of live plants.
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
